Client: Hormel Foods, Black Label Bacon
One of the more fun projects I have come across my desk while at BBDO. The team had the idea of putting on a bacon themed burlesque show on the Las Vegas strip. The core deliverable of this project was not just a website, but architecting a live stream of the event to broadcast across the internet, and one of the first to stream on the largest billboard in Vegas, live.
Along with the usual project planning and building a website to house the content with a local partner, I also worked with the various teams putting on the live event and with the billboard company to get all the technology aligned for the live stream/video feeds. This project involved a lot of testing, planning contingencies, and orchestration between many vendors. Sitting along side the production technical director in the sound/video booth we pulled off a seamless stream the night of the show.
